Jammu, Aug 21: In nine different petitions challenging the premature retirement, high court judge Tashi Rabstan today took a serious note and granted three weeks time as last and final opportunity to state to file reply.
He made it clear that in case the reply is not filed before September 14, 2015, right to file the reply shall stand forfeited.
This significant direction has been passed in a bunch of petitions, challenging the premature retirement of petitioners. |
