DYCM inspects rail services, travels to Banihal 8/22/2015 12:05:34 AM Early Times Report Srinagar, Aug 21: The Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh today visited Banihal and reviewed the railway services plying between Banihal to Baramulla and interacted with the passengers. The Deputy Chief Minister was accompanied by senior officers of the Northern railways and district administration. Dr. Singh directed the officers to ensure that the passengers travelling by this service do not face any inconvenience and the frequency of the service is increased.
