NIA announces rewards for info on LeT terrorists 8/22/2015 12:26:07 AM Agencies New Delhi, Aug 21: The National Investigation Agency on Friday announced rewards for any information leading to arrest of Lashkar-e-Toiba commander Abu Qasim and another militant Abu Okasha in Jammu and Kashmir. Both Abu Qasim and Abu Okasha are wanted in connection with Udhampur terror attack. NIA has announced a cash reward of Rs 10 lakh for information on Abu Qasim. A massive manhunt was launched in Jammu and Kashmir for Abu Qasim, a top Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) commander who is believed to be a handler of arrested Pakistani terrorist Mohammad Naved Yakub. The manhunt is focussing on the Kashmir Valley.
