ACD Kishtwar attachment order revoked after 2 weeks 9/1/2015 11:37:29 PM Asif Iqbal Naik Early Times Report Kishtwar, Sept 1: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday revoked the order of attachment of Assistant Commissioner Development Kishtwar after two weeks and directed him to join back his duty with immediate effect. As per the details available with "Early Times", the department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj ordered the attachment of Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kishtwar Akthar Hussain Qazi vide order No. 218-RD&PR of 2015 dated 17-08-2015 on the basis of some complaints and directed him to report in the office of Director Rural Development Department Jammu pending inquiry. Accordingly an inquiry was initiated against the ACD and during the course of the investigation the complaint on the basis of which ACD Kishtwar was attached was found false and fabricated and accordingly he (Akthar Qazi) was reinstated as ACD Kishtwar vide government order No. 234-RD&PR of 2015 dated 01-09-2015. It is pertinent to mention that RDD also ordered the attachment of BDO Marwah Zubair Ahmed Lone to ACD Kishtwar office about three month ago after he failed to tow the line of ruling party leaders and refused to prepare the fake MGNREGA bills in favour of ruling party workers in Marwah block of Kishtwar, but even after three months government failed to revoke his attachment.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
