Locals decry supply of unsafe drinking water 9/1/2015 11:56:18 PM Early Times Report Sunderbani, Sept 1: The peoples of the Sunderbani town alleged that they are left with no option but to consume dirty contaminated water as small insects and dirt particles were seen in the water coming to the houses in regular water supply taps. Irked over supply of unsafe drinking water through PHE supply pipes, locals alleged PHE Department of playing with the life of people. Blaming PHE authorities for adopting a callous approach towards this issue, the locals said that supply pipes are seen broken and leaking at many place due to which, water supply gets polluted and the same is reaches in daily supply to consumers. They alleged that PHE workers do not do their work properly due to which peoples have to suffer from many water borne diseases.
