Former Minister criticizes Govt over acute power crises 9/2/2015 12:30:01 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 1: Dr Manohar Lal Sharma Senior congress leader, Former Minister has expressed his serious concern over frequent power failure in various villages and towns of district Kathua. According to press release, the most of area suffer badly due to unscheduled power cuts even more than 20 unscheduled cuts occurs a day. Dr Sharma said due to the power failure the water supply are affected badly causing a second trouble to the people of the area in scorching heat.
