Kathua, Sept 16: Shakti Punj a social organization Hiranagar celebrated Martyr day of Shaheed Deep Kumar at ward no. 13.
Remembering the sacrifice of Sepoy, President of the organization Kuljeet Singh Bablu said on September 16, 2000 Sepoy Deep Kumar of ITBP sacrificed his life while fighting with militants at Anantnag of Sirinagar. He said martyrs are real heroes of the state as well as country and they should be given due respect. Satho Devi, the mother of Shaheed, wife Madhu Bala, brother Ramkrishan, Son Laxhman Kalotra, Heemant $ingh, Shakti, Kailash, Surjeet, Nathu Ram, Rajkumar, Soma were present on the occasion. |
