JAMMU, Sept 19 : Securing highest 45 points, Jammu district clinched the overall championship trophy in the state level under-19 boys' athletics meet, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) at MA Stadium, here today. District Ganderbal bagged overall second place with 31 points in their tally while Poonch boys, with just one point behind Ganderbal, had to contain with third place obtaining 30 points in different field and track events. Divisional Sports Officer of the J&K State Sports Council, Rajan Sharma was chief guest, who presented individual medals to the winners and championship trophies to the district teams.
