JKEDLWU criticizes department on DPC 9/19/2015 9:54:32 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sep 19: All Jammu and Kashmir Electric Department Linemen and Worker Union, Jammu today held a meeting highlighting the Department's attitude towards the conducting of the Departmental Promotion Committee at their own choice. As per press release, the meeting was chaired by Vijay Gupta - the Chairman of the Union.
