SFC employees threaten to launch agitation 9/19/2015 11:18:57 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Sept 19: In an extra ordinary meeting of State Forest Corporation (SFC) was held at Kishtwar under the chairmanship of MA Siddiqui and demanded release of pending 23% Dearness Allowance (DA) so that the SFC employees could get DA @113% at par with the employees of other government employees. During meeting, speakers also expressed gratitude to Managing Director for his active role in getting 18% DA and demand for release of balance DA i.e 23% before Dewali festival. They said in case the concerned authorities did not release the pending DA in favour of SFC employees, the agitations would be launched state wide shortly under Trade Union Act and the responsibility for any untoward incident will be on the authorities at the helm of the affairs. They also urged upon Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and Forest Minister Bali Baghat to look into the issue so that the confrontation between the SFC employees and the state government could be avoided.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
