Residents of village Pochhal facing acute shortage of drinking water 9/19/2015 11:19:46 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Sept 19: Residents of village Pochhal expressed concern over an acute shortage of drinking water in village since last three decades. According to a press statement issued here, Joginder Bhandari said that the residents of village Pochhal are suffering a lot on account of an acute shortage of drinking water for which the residents have to fetch drinking water from Kundhali about 2 kilometers from village Pochhal by foot as the local women of the area after covering long distance fetch drinking water on their heads which has caused a brewing resentment among the residents.
