IGNOU's PGJMC session begins 9/19/2015 11:20:02 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 19: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is commencing its PGJMC session from September 22 which will conclude on to October 13 at its Study Centre in the Jammu University campus. According to a notification issued by IGNOU, the session for the one year post- graduate course in Journalism and Mass Communication is starting from September 22 and the students have been instructed to regularly attend the classes.
