Two persons killed in accident 9/19/2015 11:38:10 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Sept 19: Two persons were killed in a road accident on the Jammu-Pathankot National Highway in the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police official said here today. The incident occurred when two pedestrians were hit by a speeding car in the Chan Arorian area of the Hiranagar tehsil of the district, he said. The deceased have been identified as Daya Ram (65) and Pushpa Devi (50) both residents of Krishanpur Kandi area of the district. The driver of the vehicle fled from the spot, police official said. The villagers shifted the injured to the hospital where they succumbed to their injuries, he said.
