Pawan Gupta fails to fulfill peoples' expectations: Mankotia Says Panther will fight for development of Udhampur 9/27/2015 10:47:38 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Sept 27: Lambasting Minister of State, Pawan Gupta for not fulfilling promises made during assembly polls, former MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia today said that Panther Party would always be on front foot for the development of Udhmapur. Addressing press conference, here at his residence, Mankoita said that it was Panther Party which forced Health Department to fill four posts of doctors at District Hospital few days back. He said that for past nine months 21 posts of doctors were lying vacant the hospital, and after repeated assurance by the MoS, nothing has been done.
