JAMMU, Oct 3 : To mark the 146th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of our nation, Govt Girls High School Palanwala celebrated Gandhi Jayanti with fanfair in the school premises. The programme was started with the national Anthem where students the teachers remembered the father of nations and head master of the school Balwan Singh Bhau revealed the importance of this day to the sudents and gave the teaching of the father of nation and to aware the Gandhi Ideology of of secularism, non-violence and inclusiveness.The students along with students and other staff of the instution under go plantion drive.
The students of the instution were enthusianstic during the day and celebrated the day with songs and speeches. Pledges of up-keeping peace, harmony and clean India was also taken by all. |
