ED organizes awareness rally on cleanliness 10/29/2015 12:39:08 AM Early Times Report Kathua, Oct 28: Education Department Kathua today organized an awareness rally about cleanliness which commenced from Government Higher Secondary Girls School Kathua and moved around entire Kathua city. Chief Education Officer Balbir Singh flagged off the rally with students from Middle, High & Higher secondary schools of each cluster enthusiastically participated with placards and hoarding about Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. While addressing to students, CEO Balbir Singh said that Union Government is keen about Swachh Bharat drive and launched programmes in different part of the country. He said Education Department launched cleanliness drive impressing upon the students to launch tiny drives in their localities and aware public living in their surrounding regarding cleanliness that would be a necessary step for good health and sound mind.
