BDA to organize 'Mega Snow Festival' 10/29/2015 12:40:01 AM Early Times Report Bhaderwah, Oct 28: The Bhaderwah Development Authority will organize a 'Mega Snow Festival', first of its kind, at the new famous tourist resort of Padri on Bhaderwah Chamba road in the month of February next year to promote winter sports in the Bhaderwah. Night skiing, ice skiing and ice skating besides regular traditional cultural programmes for recreation of the domestic and national tourists will be the highlights of the festival. This was informed by Chief Executive Officer BDA Balkrishan after concluding his visit to tourist spot Padri which experienced season’s first snow fall last week long with local tourist operators of Bhaderwah which included Tariq Chowdhary, Manoj Kotwal, BDA Publicity secretary Amir Rafeqi and others .
