| What these politicians and media are doing for nation, are they serving or damaging it? | | | Er. Jitender Kohli
The society is per
turbed with one after
one those occurrences which are man made intentionally or unintentionally damaging the nation for their vested interest. The political parties are the main culprit of creating such social disasters aiming to hold or recapture the lost political fields. But at the same time the media especially electronic media is playing major role in spreading hate and nearly ensuring the division in the society.
There is no reason to side track the fact of most troubles is happening where the non-UPA governance exists. Congress lead UPA has exclusively turned offensive to the new central government the day congress president Madam Sonia Gandhi instructed the party workers to be offensive to central government at every step and to raise the nation against the Modi lead government. Stalling the parliament business, opposing each government bill, condemning each development programme, criticizing PM foreign tours, attacking in person to national PM and leaving no word of government to object by congress lead UPA has damaged the national interests and wasted precious time of work for it.
This opposition by the non-BJP NDA team has surfaced Omar Abdullah the utter failure ex-CM of NC- Congress coalition J&K State; another failed CM Delhi Kejriwal, Ghulam Nabi Azad Rajya Sabha opposition leader, Pilot and Sindhia MPs as the close friend of congress vice president Rahul Gandhi who is not being taken seriously in the political field. The independent MLA Er Rashid only known in Kashmir valley continued his anti-national utterances and acts without fearing the land law having the patronage of Congress-NC and support of separatist and also having soft attitude of other valley based politicians. He is directed by his masters and he stages the drama with his best perfection. Had this been not there, he could have never dared to host beef party or rose pro-Pakistan and IS slogans.
Society cannot ignore to analyses of the ground facts as anti-Kisan, anti-Muslim, beef controversy, Patil reservation, dalit deaths issue and dishonour of sacred Sikh Granth Sahib arising in series cannot be taken as co-incidental, it appear as well planned and commanded intrigue against the national government. All these surfaced in non-UPA governed states, why and how need probed.
In J&K state none of the valley based political party including their Jammu based leaders condemned beef party hosted by Er Rashid legislature intentionally to hurt the sentiments of non-Muslim community to further create wedge between Kashmir and Jammu regions on communal grounds. The PDP leadership is desperately pressurized by NC and congress to come out of coalition with NDA to form new government with their support as they never wish to have an understanding process between Kashmir-Jammu regions.
On similar lines in Jammu region those ambitious and frustrated leaders who are out rightly rejected by Jammu voters are posing as the only saviour of Jammu regional interests. Previously who were rejecting trifurcation of state voice on the plea of delimitation, who were as Ministers following the valley leadership instructions at the cost of Jammu regional interests are now pledging for trifurcation, making new political party and instigating the Jammu people to stand against their elected leaders. Is it not a support to the valley centric leadership including separatists to boost the no confidence between people of two regions? Why these leaders of both regions are not saying welcome to this opportunity of working together to reduce the gap of regions by restoring the lost confidence?
At national level each inhumanly murder is connected with religion and caste, why? The entire political leaders make bee lines to use these unfortunate spots to earn some caste votes by criticizing the central government and PM in person. Why they ignore the administration of that spot and government of that state? Why theses leaders are not rushing to those victim families who don't fall in reservation or minority community class?
These leaders have their personal political vested interests but at the same time the media especially the electronic is also seriously looked upon by the national society. Media pinpoints the caste or religion of the victimized person if it falls in reservation or minority community and brings spokes person on screen to discuss and further permits them to shout enough to snub that voice that tries to present government side. Why the media is not doing the same when a non-reservation person belonging to majority is murdered? Why the media doesn't say he is Brahmin- Kashtriya or Vaishai? Why discussion is not planned for it?
At the same time the media is providing best coverage who speaks against the nation who supports Pakistan-ISI or ISIS cause, arranges their interviews, calls in special programs like Aap Ki Adaalat but have never extended such opportunity to those who tried or raised national flag in Lal Chowk Sringar, or condemned the anti-national activities or fought against the anti-national elements? Why the media is hosting Pakistani spokesmen to discuss with Indians whose voice is not aired in Pakistan? Is it simply to convince Indians to what Pakistani say? Is it not instigating the anti-national and pro-Pakistani elements on this side of border by giving them an opportunity Pakistani point of view which is always against India?
What these politician and media are doing for nation, are they serving or damaging it intentionally or unintentionally for their vested interest? Society is shocked, wrangling to get smooth passage where the intelligentsia is also being political used.
The entire system of last sixty eight years imposed on Indian society by the dynastic rulers need drastically changed where none could raise slogan against the nation or threat for repetition of partition. At the same time the national society must educate the generations to know and realize what responsibility they have for the nation along with their rights they claim to have from the nation.
