HC restrains PSC from conducting KAS (Mains) Examinations 10/29/2015 1:35:30 AM Early Times Report Srinagar, Oct 28:The J&K High Court Srinagar wing today restrained Public Service Commission (PSC) from conducting KAS main examinations till further orders fr om it. The directions were passed by a bench of Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar while hearing petition by four candidates who have challenged issuance of “wrong key” to the result pertaining to the Combined (Competitive) Preliminary Examination, 2014 conducted by the Public Service Commission (PSC). Adv Mahfooz Ahsan Nazki, appearing for petitioners submitted to the court that answers to 23 questions from public administration, law and geography given by PSC are wrong. The petitioners have sought direction from court to quash the result notification (No. PSC/EX – 15/47) issued on 05 October and command the PSC to conduct the preliminary examination afresh.(JNF)   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
