Abducted Poonch lady recovered from UP, accused held 10/29/2015 1:43:24 AM Early Times Report Poonch, Oct 28: Poonch police claimed to have recovered the married woman who was abducted recently from the Uttar Pradesh and arrested the accused from Lucknow. As per police spokesperson, on October 21, one Riaz Ahmed s/o Sattar Mohd of Mohalla Dungas lodged a written report at Police Station Poonch that his wife namely Parveen (name changed) has been kidnapped by one Rizwan Ahmed s/o Nissar Ahmed of Majoi Sadat Tehsil Jakhania District Gazipur (UP). Following this a case under FIR No 149/2015 U/S 366 RPC stands registered at P/S Poonch and investigations were taken up in this regard. Police said that on specific input a police party from Police Station Poonch led by SI Tariq Ahmed alongwith Inspr Jatinder Raina SHO PS Poonchand DySP Hqrs. Mujeeb-ur-Rehman under the close supervision of Jatinder Singh Johar-SSP Poonch conducted a raid at the hide out of abductor and recovered the abducted lady from Lucknow (UP) and arrested the accused.
