Election of BJP Chief: Leaders indulge into vicious campaign against each other | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 25: With few days left for the elections of new state president of BJP, leaders of the "disciplined" party are shamelessly indulged into washing their dirty linen in public. Not only this, the leaders have also started vicious campaign against each other to undermine each other's credibility. There are half a dozen leaders in the fray for the post of BJP state president and all these "mature" politicians are utilizing services of their touts to spread vicious rumours against each other. Some leaders have opened fake accounts on social media in which they are spitting venom against each other. In social media, some leaders have posted old posts and pictures of their rivals. In social media, some leaders have posted an advertisement which was given by a leader nearly 20 years back when he had joined another political party but today his rivals are using that same advertisement against him. This leader is considered as front-runner for the post of state president and his rivals are using that advertisement to spoil his chances. Similarly another leader, who is also claiming for the hot seat, has asked his touts and supporters to launch vicious propaganda against all others who are in the fray for the post of state president. These days BJP headquarters at Prem Nath Dogra Bhawan is abuzz with activities. One can spot supporters of leaders sitting in separate groups openly speaking against their rivals. It is first that election for the state president of BJP has taken such an ugly turn because those who are at the helm of the affairs are themselves encouraging such activities. Launching vilify campaign against each other is a new culture developed in BJP during the last one and half decade because most of the leaders second generation leaders do not have RSS back ground. Majority of the leaders have managed to attain their positions due to sycophancy so they are habitual of launching such vicious campaign against their own party-men. |
