Ex-CM launches tirade against Mehbooba
11/27/2015 11:34:34 PM
Early Times Report

Jammu, Nov 27: Former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to deflect public attention from the poor response to his public rallies is now taking a refugee in the hypothetical proposition on Mehbooba Mufti becoming the next CM.
Omar Abdullah addressing a thinly attended rally at Ramban, said the bureaucracy is confused as it is Mehbooba Mufti who is acting as chief executive officer.
The term CEO is very close to the former CM as he has in his six-tenure as the CM acted as CEO, concentrating more on looks, speeches and tele talk than understanding the ground realities and sufferings of the people.
It's because he acted as CEO for the full six year, that his party suffered the worst defeat in his political history, though Omar had all along said he idolised his grandfather, the person who built NC.
Omar, who in a rush more than that of the TV reporters, had passed wrong information devoid of facts only to be corrected latter, though he never conceded it.
The former CM making an assumption from the statement of the CM is now assuming that bureaucracy is not taking orders of the CM seriously as they are expecting a change of guard and which Omar believes is affecting the work and thus people are suffering.
Mufti Sayeed though is grooming Mehbooba but the two leaders are not only in sync, unlike Omar and seasoned Farooq, but Mufti has not allowed her to interfere in the policies and it is for this reason than some postings have been made much against the interests of the Mehbooba,.
"CM posted bureaucrats and police officials at departments of prime importance who though were not favoured by the Mehbooba Mufti. Mufti has made it clear to the administration that only he will have the last word and no one else. So it clearly shows who is in the control," said a senior bureaucrats.
