KATHUA, Dec 11: Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India is organizing Declamation contests on theme/topic "PATRIOTISM AND NATIONAL BUILDING" in 623 Districts, at Block Level, District Level, State Level and National Level.
The competition of Declamation Contests shall be organized at block level competition; citation certificate shall be given, as it is screening exercise. The first 3 winners of block level shall participate at District Level and winner shall be conferred Rs. 5,000, Rs. 2000 & Rs. 1000 as cash award & citation certificate, at state level winner shall be given Rs. 25,000, Rs.10,000 and Rs. 5000 as Cash Prize and at National Level Rs. 2,00,000, Rs 1,00,000 and Rs. 50,000 as cash prizes.
Nehru Yuva Kendra, Kathua is organizing Block Level Competitions throughout District Kathua in Govt. Degree Colleges, Higher Secondary School etc. between 14 to 16 December15. Govt. Women College Kathua shall conduct the block level contest on 15th of December at 11.00 A.M. Any Youth in the age group of 18-29, resident of Block Kathua & Nagri may collect registration form from office of District Youth Coordinator, Nehru Yuva Kendra, Shiv Puri lane No:02, Kathua free of cost on any working day for participation in the contest.
The District level Declamation contests shall be hold on 19th of December at 11.00 A.M. at Auditorium of Rajiv Gandhi college of Education Kathua and State Level Contest held on 22 of December 2015 at Jammu. In the state level contest, Boarding and lodging, to and fro TA shall be paid by this office. |
