PHE Workers Association stages protest 12/11/2015 11:11:40 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 11 : PHE Workers Welfare Association today staged protest demonstration against the state government, demanding redressal of their long pending deamds. According to press release, in the protest demonstration hundreds of PHE permanent employees from all the PHE divisions of Jammu region have participated with great enthusiasm and have raised anti govt. and anti PHE administration slogans which has miserably failed to resolve the genuine demands of the PHE employees such as conducting of DPC meeting to provide the promotion avenues for the senior most employees particularly those who are on the verge of retirements, creation of higher scale posts, change of designations of the serving employees according to their present assignments, the existing left out categories of SRO-59 be treated at par the categories already covered in preview of said RO from the date of issue. Subash Verma Secretary General said that they were forced to adopt the agitational path because of the rigid and callous attitude of the PHE administration adopted towards our field & operational staff.
