Kishtwar observes bandh against blasphemous act 12/11/2015 11:16:57 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Dec 11: A particular community observed a complete bandh here today against the "blasphemous" act of Hindu Mahasabha leader Kamlesh Tiwari in Uttar Pradesh a few days back. The bandh was observed on the call of Kishtwar Jamia Masjid Imam Farooq Ahmad Kichloo who had condemned the "blasphemous" act after Friday prayers, demanding action against Tiwari.
