Burn victim succumbs 2/14/2016 12:07:31 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 13: A burn victim undergoing treatment at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) after he received 95 percent burn today succumbed to his fatal burn injuries. According to police sources, the deceased has been identified as Bansi Lal (90) son of late Path of Vijaypur. Sources said that he sustained burn when a fire broke out reportedly due to 'beedi' at his residence. He was shifted to GMC&H for treatment and today during treatment he succumbed to injuries.
