Sanskrit scholars' delegation meets Governor 2/14/2016 12:18:56 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 13 : A delegation of Shri Kailakh Jyotish Avim Vedic Sansthan led by Dr C M Raina and along with Mahant Rohit Shastri met J&K Governor N N VOHRA in Raj Bhawan Jammu. Delegation put forward various issues and problem pertaining Sanskrit language in Jammu and Kashmir jurisdiction and demand for due share of Sanskrit Scholars in employment opportunity. They informed that large numbers of Sanskrit scholars are without employment in state due to official apathy of state government. Even they are not invited for interviews for post of teachers giving reason that what education they will give to students. So the delegation on their behalf also demands that the Sanskrit scholars were separate scholarship and reservation quotas in university lectureship and teaching assistantship. Moreover the scholars of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan ( Deemed University ) Kot Bhalwal which is affiliated by MHRD ministry of India don't find further scope in research and teaching field in J&K state as the state govt. is denying their affiliation and degree courses and don't entertain any scholars to apply for any post in state government.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
