Police Self Defence Camp for women concludes 5/2/2016 11:15:20 PM Early Times Report Kathua, May 2: 7 days long 6th consecutive Self Defence Camp cum training for Marshall art today culminated at Police Training School Kathua wherein 700 girls were trained in marshall art etc. SSP Kathua Neeva Jain took an initiative for the empowerment of women and control on violence against women and organized similar camps in 6 different places of district Kathua. Suraj Parkash, Gursharn and Amit Sangra all black belt holders trained the girls of different schools and colleges. Manisha, a trainee appreciated the effort been taken by Kathua Police under the supervision of SSP Neeva Jain and encouraged girls to participate in next few similar camps as it would make them confident to face any trouble during molestation or other anti- women violence.
