Old woman dies, three injured in different mishaps 5/19/2016 11:46:44 PM Early Times Report udhampur, May 19: One aged woman got killed while three others sustained injuries in three different road accidents in Udhampur district. "The deceased identified as Sawarna Devi (60) w/o Rattan Pal of Mand Tikri, police sources said. According to the police, a car bearing registration number JK02BM-4686, was hit by a Truck bearing registration number JK02AP-7245 at Tamatar Morh National Highway near Kud resulting injuries to Tarik Husan (35) s/o Abdul Qaum of Doda, Abdul Qaum (55) s/o Noor Mohd of Doda, Abdul Karim (26) s/o Haji Noor Mohd of Mujua Doda. Kud police registered the case and investigation starts. Meanwhile in another road accident a pedestrian was hit by a car bearing registration number JK02AR-2531, at near Mand National Highway. passersby immediately shifted the injured to PHC Tikri where doctors declared her brought dead. Police sources said, "The deceased identified as Sawarna Devi (60) w/o Rattan Pal of Mand Tikri. The concerned police have registered a case and started investigations. Yet in another accident, a Mahindra and Truck had a head on collision at near Reti -on Udhampur Ramnagar road.
