Hearing a PIL, a division bench of Justice M H Attar and Justice A M Magrey also directed personal appearance of investigating officer of the case. The direction by the bench followed submissions by Crime Branch SSP Shahid Mehraj and additional SP Aftab Ahmad Mir that the investigation of the case registered under FIR No 106/2003 at Rajbagh police station was conducted by Maqsood Beigh who was presently posted with State Human Rights Commission.
