Poonch Eleven wins T-20 Cricket Tournament held under CAP 5/26/2016 11:58:14 PM Early Times Report Poonch, May 26: Poonch Eleven clinched the title of T-20 Cricket Tournament held in memory of Police Martyrs organized under Civil Action Programme (CAP) by defeating it rival team Glamorous Cricket Club during a match played at Govt Degree College Ground Poonch. DDC Poonch Haroon Malik was the chief guest on the occasion while Commander 93 Infantry Brigade A S Pendhaka attended as Guest of Honour "As many as 64 teams from the twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch participated in this Police Matyers T-20 Cricket Tournament started on 01/03/2016, official said, adding, "tournament was played on knock out basis and total 65 matches including the final." During today's match the Poonch eleven restricted rival team to reach to target of 154 runs. Asrar Charak was adjudged Man of the match for his brilliant performance. Waseem Raja was declared Man of the Series for his best all round performance and winner team was awarded with Rs 50000 cash reward and Trophy. Runners up team were awarded with Rs 3000 cash reward and a trophy .
