Youth drowns in Chenab 7/8/2016 10:30:17 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, July 8: A youth drowned in river Chenab in Garkhal area of Akhnoor near here Thursday. Police identified him as Sanjay Kumar (24), son of Bachan Lal of Garkhal Rakh Karoon. The body was later fished out from the river at Gurah Manhasa, Pargwal.
