Adarsh Colony residents protest against PHE department 7/24/2016 11:36:45 PM Early Times Report UDHAMPUR, July 24: Residents of Adarsh Colony staged a protest demonstration against PHE department for its failure to ensure proper water supply to the locality. Large number of people including women of Adarsh Colony here held strong demonstration against the PHE department in protest against erratic drinking water supply in their area for the past over four days. Locals said they have brought the matter to the concerned authorities of the PHE department but nothing has been done to regulate water supply.
