| Learning Temple HSS Celebrate Rakhi in Unique Way | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Aug 18: The Learning Temple Higher Secondary School, Kathua today celebrated Rakhi in its School premises with a message for environment preservation and conservation. Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua was the chief guest on the occasion. The Principal of Learning Temple Higher Secondary School,Er. Naresh Kumar while welcoming the chief guest apprised that the School is celebrating Rakhi with proactive participation of the students and teachers. The Rakhies made by the students of the School were tied around the trees planted in the School premises so as to inculcate the message of environment preservation and conservation among the students. The Chief Guest appreciated the gesture of School administration and exhorted the students to take the pledge of planting and protecting trees throughout life. He said that we can plant trees on birthdays and others occasions and can contribute in a big way for the protection of environment and ecology. Principal Er. Naresh Kumar told the students that trees gives us oxygen which is very essential for our life and the school will continue with its endeavors of planting and protecting trees with the participation of students and teachers. |
