Jammu, Aug 22: Alleging a foul play, Family members of a law student in Jammu University today demanded a Crime Branch Probe in mysterious death of Aman Malhotra at Katra on 13/09/2015 as the mystery remind shrouded over his death.
Addressing a press conference here today at Press Club Jammu, father of deceased Rattan Lal Malhotra today demanded investigation by Crime Branch Jammu as the mysterious remained shrouded over death of his son namely Aman Malhotra -a student of Law Department (5th Semester), of University of Jammu who was found dead at Katra on 13/09/2015.
Malhotra alleged that his son's body was found lying in a hotel at Katra on September 13 last year, while his friend namely Gourav who happens to his classmate in Jammu University too was present in the same room.
Father of deceased said that after he received information about this, he shifted his son to a hospital in Katra where doctors declared him as brought dead. "though the cause of the death in a post mortem report was mentioned as cardiac arrest but they feel some foul Play in the tragic episode, he said, adding, "as post mortem report was handed over to the family after eight months of incident."
He said, " The deceased had invited his friends to Katra where they all stayed at a guest house belonging to Aman Malhotra what happened there in the room is still a mystery to be resolved. We are running from pillar to post from the last one year to get justice but all is in vain.
Seeking justice for the late soul, family members have demanded a fresh investigation in the case so that accused could be arrested at an earliest. |
