Teachers' training prog organized at Rich Harvest School 8/22/2016 11:10:33 PM Jammu, Aug 22: The school management has always made an endeavour to hone the skills of the teachers by way of workshops and orientations. Keeping that in mind an interactive teachers training workshop on class room management was conducted by Rupan Khosla, Director I Quotient consulting Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi. In this workshop he discussed the role, strength and capabilities of a teacher, the challenges, hurdles being faced with respect to implementing effective teaching learning tools and motivating the students to think and question. Different individuals and group activities on making an effective lesson plan and how to incorporate HOTS in assessment was done to make this session more interesting. Founder Rich Harvest School, Uma Katal said that such workshops are the need of the hour and RHs will continue making endeavours to keep its teachers abreast with the changing system of education.
