Gatka players felicitated 9/1/2016 11:13:50 PM Jammu, Sep 1: Ranjit College of Education in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Gatka Association affiliated to Gatka Federation of India organized a function in college campus to facilitate the medals winners of J&K Gatka team who participated in 2nd National Gatka Championship -2016 organised by Gatka Federation of India (GFI) held at Guru Nanak Institute of Management , Punjabi Bagh Delh on 27, 28 August 2016. Seven players from J&K participated in this Championship in under 19,22,and 25 age group category and won the 7 bronze medals .In under 19 category, Ranjit singh,Jasmeet Singh & Mandeep singh won bronze medal. In under 22 category ,lovepreet singh,Gurvinder singh & Rupinder singh won Bronze medal and in under 25 category Yashpreet singh won bronze medal.S.Ravinder singh accompanied the team as team manager.J&k Gatka association sponsored the J&K team which brought laurels for the state.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
