JU organizes inter-college swimming C'ship 9/1/2016 11:14:14 PM Jammu, Sept 1: Jammu University today organized inter-college swimming championship 2016-17 here at MA Stadium. The Swimming Team of the SPMR College brought glory to the institution by winning the overall championship with 6 gold medals and 1 silver medal. Devansh Suri, Gold in 100mts Freestyle and 200mts backstroke; Vishesh Jamwal, Gold in 100mts backstroke and 200m Freestyle; Hardik Khajuria, Gold in 50mts Freestyle and 200mts Breaststroke; Shantanu Gupta, Silver in 100m Butterfly. The team was given celebrative reception in the college by the Principal, Staff and Students.
