| ReT Forum holds monthly meeting, raises burning issues | | |  Early Times Report
Udhampur, Sept 4: All J&K ReT Teachers' Forum on Sunday in a meeting held at Udhampur highlighted issue of regularisation of ReTs as regularisation list hasn't been issued for last many days and appealed the Director School Education Jammu Smita Sethi to issue the regularisation orders of the ReTs whose objections have been cleared and also appealed her to regularise the ReTs with distance mode degrees of all UGC recognised Universities and those having less enrolment as ReTs with less enrolment are waiting for the same for a long time.
State president Vinod Sharma while speaking in the meeting raised the issue of streamlining of SSA salary which is still pending for last 2 to 3 months and the family members of these teachers are suffering badly. He said that though centre has released 520 cr funds under SSA but still there is disparity in release of SSA salary in different districts of the state and urged the government for resolving the issue of SSA salary. He also demanded transfer policy for regularised ReTs and benefit of SRO 43 in favour of ReTs. Meanwhile state vice president Bhupinder Singh appealed the DSEJ to intervene in the matter of Resource Persons to whom it is asked to provide in service training even on Sundays and holidays . Others who also spoke on the occasion were Pritam Goswami , Ravinder Singh, Chain Singh, Bhushan Khajuria , Sandeep Sharma , Sushil Singh, Viney Sharma, Anil Sharma , Vipin Sharma, , Surjit Singh , Pawan Sharma , Rekha Thakur , Man Chand , Sudesh , Madan Bhardwaj and others. |
