SMVDNSH launches 24*7 free Trauma ambulances services | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 18: On the occasion of World Trauma Day, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Supers-peciality Hospital launched 24x7 Free Trauma Ambulance Service dedicated to the residents of Jammu and Kashmir. According to press release, the ambulance will be stationed at Kalika Dham Railway station according to an official release from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Superspeciality Hospital. It was observed that casualties were rising in the area and there were not many ambulances that operated with full-fledged team and emergency support devices. Hence, SMVDNSH encouraged the acquisition of emergency and trauma-care ambulance to provide timely care and treatment to those who meet with accidents and require immediate medical attention. "We are committed to achieving the highest standards in safety and well-being for all our stakeholders and the environment that we operate in. There has been an alarming rise in deaths due to road accidents and we will ensure and promote to reverse this trend", said Dr. (Brig.) M M Harjai, Chief Administrative Officer of SMVDNSH. |
