Release of promotion list on seniority bases, a great mess in education deptt 10/18/2016 10:46:07 PM Early Times Report Doda, Oct 18: There is great mess in education system in our state. It is unfortunate for those teachers who are working since 25 years but still not placed into the master grade. On other hand the junior most teachers even RET's who have completed just 8 years of service been placed as masters in the year 2013. There are many take degree holders who are serving the department but government couldn't devote them inspire of the fact. The both directorate of the state are showing inefficiency and playing with the future and service honour of the senior teachers by not releasing the list of the eligible teachers. The regular B.Ed pass outs are being ignored for promotion on the pretext of court directions. What is the fault of ours, we are the regular pass outs of Jammu University and we are working as teachers since 20-25 years, it is callous attitude of DSEJ and DSEK which deliberately is playing its tactics towards deserving teachers. We want justice and we appeal to Education Minister and CM to direct the instructions to directorate of Jammu to provide the fair and legal justice in our favour and release the promotion list as soon as possible till Diwali, failing which we will start the statewide agitation for genuine cause, they alleged.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
