Billawar, Dec 4: SDM Billawar and BDO Gujroo Nagrota laid the foundation stone of cremation ground at Suian in panchayat Lakhri.
Today a function was organised by ABMS in panchayat Lakhri in which SDM Billawar Rajesh Basotra and BDO Nagrota Gujroo laid the foundation stone of cremation ground in village Suian of panchayat Lakhri in Billawar constituency on an estimated cost of Rs 5 Lakh.
After the foundation stone ceremony ABMS also organised public greviance camp in Suian in which hundreds of activists of adjoining areas participated and many public related issues discussed.
Speaking on the occasion advocate Pankaj Basotra convenor ABMS said that it was the long pending demand of people of ward no 5&6 and it is going to be fulfilled. He also lauded the efforts of Hukam Chand Basotra for providing this amount and also thanked Jugal Kisore Sharma MLC and Sr.Congress leader for sanctioning amount of rupees 5lacs out of his MLC funds.
Basotra while speaking on the occasion said that for the last few months he is trying to reach every nook and corner of Billawar constituency to meet out the day to day problems of the local people.
Basotra said that ABMS in future will also organise such kinds of camps in Billawar constituency and also appealed the local administration to participate in such camps so that the key problems of the public be solved.
On the occasion ABMS also honour national karate player Mohit Sumbria of village Koti through SDM Billawar and BDO Nagrota by providing him track suit and track shoes and also provide cash assistance of two thousand rupees to Mohit Sumbria.
SDM Billawar and BDO Nagrota while speaking on the occasion assured me Basotra that all the key issues like water ,electricity and road connectivity be solved and local administration is ready to cooperate the ABMS members and assured them that once in a month administration is will come in ABMS greviance camp at different panchayat.
