Jammu, Dec 17: A 65-year-old woman en route to the cave shrine of Vaishno Devi today died of a suspected heart attack in Katra town of Reasi district, a police officer said.
Yashoda Devi, a resident of Bihar, fell unconscious near Geeta Bhawan when she was on her way to the cave shrine and was shifted to the nearby dispensary, the officer said.
She was then taken to Community Health Centre (CHC), Katra where the doctors declared her brought dead with the apparent cause seeming to be heart attack, he said. |
