JAMMU, Sept 15: Director School Education Jammu Rakesh Kumar Srangal inaugurated a fortnight long programme "SWACHHTA HI SEVA" from Government Higher Secondary School, Sunjwan. DSEJ highlighted the importance of the programme and said that the basic idea behind this event under "SHS" is to inculcate the spirit of cleanliness and sanitation among the citizens especially students. He further stated that sanitation is not about toilets only but is about to bring a behavioural change in the staff and students in particular and society in general. The Chief Education Officer, Jammu JK Sudan, Mtr. Sultana Kousar, Principal Govt. Higher Secondary School, Sunjwan and Dr. Jagdish also spoke on the occasion. An interactive session was also held by the Director School Education, Jammu with the students and staff of the school. |
