Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 25: The J&K Board of School Education (BOSE) has once again come under scanner after an answer script of a candidate who had applied for revaluation was returned from Srinagar office with objection that the answer script has two handwritings. Sources in the BOSE revealed that a candidate of Class 10th of 2018 (annual) of Jammu province had applied for revelation as the candidate secured only 12 marks in the said exam. The answer scripts were sent to Board office at Srinagar for revaluation, but the answer script was returned to the Board office at Jammu with the objections that it had two different handwritings. "After the objections were received in the Board office Jammu, a senior official immediately called a meeting to find out who had rewritten the answer script", said sources, adding that none of the employees of the secrecy wing of 10th Class admitted it. Sources further claimed that the official further threatened the officials of the secrecy wing of the Board that he would refer the case to the Crime Branch, but still no employee uttered a single word. Sensing trouble for himself, the senior official sat over the case and did not refer it to the any of the investigating agencies to investigate the matter. |
