Jammu, Oct 3: The protest demonstration of Female Multipurpose Health Workers Association today entered into 38thday.
Similar type of protest are also conducted in the others district/Tehsils levels viz Sunderbani, Rajouri, Reasi, Banihal, Ramban, Kishtwar, Doda, Bani, Basholi, Padder and Kathua.
The Association already submitted charter of demands to Div Com and also every day information given to higher authority by press and electronic media but nothing result out it.
Their demands include, delinking the CSS Salary from the funding sources (Corpus-delinking) and release the pending salary since March 2018, clear the DPC of FMPHW as LHV etc. since pending last 5 years, job functions of FMPHWs must be fixed at par other working categories of Health sector, up gradation for the post of FMPHW on the analogy of Pharmacist, Lab. Tech. X-Ray Tech, Dental Tech. and Ophth. Tech, creation of post of LHVs in New PHCs, seniority list of FMPHWs be published in the Official website of the Health Department for bringing transparency in promotions beside others. |
