Rajouri, Oct 3: Pranav Gandotra then TSO Rajouri and Kalakote presently posted as Inspector TSO K.Oil with Addl. charge of TSO Circle-II (West) Jammu (now suspended) against whom a case FIR No.21/2018 u/s 5(1) ( c), 5(1) (d) r/w section 5(2) P.C. Act Svt. 2006 was registered at P/S VOJ and who was evading arrest after his plea for anticipatory bail was rejected, has finally been arrested.
After registration of instant case, searches were conducted at the residential premises/office of accused wherein details of huge properties (movable /immovable)/incriminating documents have been recovered and seized by the teams of Vigilance Organization. The accused was absconding since September 4, 2018 after his bail application was rejected by a court in Srinagar.
Vigilance Organization after putting hard efforts arrested the accused on 03.10.2018 who is now being put to sustained questioning by the sleuths of Vigilance Organization. |
