nAGROTA, Oct 3: Principal Sainik School Nagrota, captain A MuthuRaman inaugurated the block level tournament under centrally sponsored scheme " Khelo India" for boys and girls in kabaddi, kho kho, volleyball, wrestling, and cricket under the age group of 6--12yrs, 13--16yrs and 17-- 19yrs today at sainik school Nagrota.
Addressing the players on the occasion, he emphasised the players to follow the rules and regulations of games and sports during play. He further advised the participants that discipline is the key to success. Near about 390 players are participating in this tournament being organised by the department of youth services and sports, zone Dansal, under the supervision of Tarsem Singh ZPEO Dansal. Prominent among all present on the occasion are, omeshwar Sanyal, Taqdir Singh, Kulbhushan Sharma, Rajiv Kotwal, Romesh Padha, Sanjit Sharma, Radha Bakshi, Dheeraj Paul, Subah Chander, Rajiv Kotwal, Karnail Singh Sunny Dogra and Jyoti Kumari. |
