| Sanskritians excel in International Marathon, Athletes District Meet, ors | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 26: Students of the Jammu Sanskriti School excelled and won 2 bronze medals in Marathon, 15 medals out of which 8 are gold medals, 6 are silver and 1 bronze medal in Athletic District Meet and 2 medals i.e 1 silver and other bronze in Athletic State Meet.
International marathon was organized in Jammu University in which the children from all over Jammu participated with gusto and our Sanskritians have outshined them in that by winning 2 medals. It is admissible to mention here that apart from the above our children also won 2 medals in Athletic State Meet organized by khelo India at Jammu University .
The noteworthy thing is that 10 sanskritians have been selected in sub junior Inter District Athletic Meet which is going to be held in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh by winning 15 medals in Athletes District Meet held. While congratulating children and mentor, Rajesh Kumar Sharma, Principal cum Vice-chairperson asserted that it becomes a matter of gratification and obeisance when the seeds that you have sowed start yielding the fruits. Rohini Aima said they believe in exposing the children to various aspects of life so that they will be prepared for future. |
