Avinash Azad Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 26: Overstay syndrome has hit transfer policy in J&K, 32 officers of the Kashmir Administrative Service (KAS) have completed five year stay at a particular place. According to sources, some of these overstaying officers are unwillingly continuing, as the General Administration Department (GAD) is not paying any attention into the matter. "Arvind Sharma, Additional District Development Commissioner Udhampur, is posted on the same post since 24/07/2015; Nasir Ahmad Naqash, Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla, posted since 26/06/2016; Anil Koul, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, posted since 07/07/2015; Rachna Sharma, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, posted since 22/04/2015", sources said. As per GAD's website there are many more in the list who are overstaying even beyond transfer policy.
